3-1-1 is the telephone number to call to receive general information about County government programs and services. CountyClick 3-1-1 is the best way to contact a specific agency or the appropriate agency to address a concern. The representatives will record your issue, assign a ticket number and forward your concern to the respective agency. The ticket number is very important should you need to escalate the concern later. CountyClick 3-1-1 is the first step to resolving concerns on snow removal, trash/recycle pickup, road/pothole repairs (for County roads), and abandoned/impounded vehicles or to submit a complaint or compliment about county services.
